  • Processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Shipping time (U.S.): 4–7 business days

During peak seasons or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer due to high order volume or carrier delays.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 60 days of delivery

  • Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Defective or damaged items are eligible (photos required)

Customized or personalized items and gift cards are not eligible, unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

If you entered an incorrect address:

  • Contact us immediately after placing your order

  • Address changes can only be made before shipment

If the package has already shipped:

  • We cannot reroute the package

  • Returned or undeliverable orders may require reshipping

  • Shipping delays caused by incorrect addresses are not refundable

We do not currently offer international shipping.
