Welcome to Brickpetal! We’re dedicated to delivering your custom 2D apparel quickly and reliably throughout the United States. This policy explains our shipping process so you always know what to expect.

Shipping Areas (US Only)

Hey there! At Brickpetal, we keep things simple and ship only within the United States. That covers all 50 states plus territories like Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Sorry, no international shipping for now—we’re focusing on our U.S. customers.


Order Processing Time

Since we make your apparel items to order, it usually takes us 1-2 business days to get everything ready. Business days mean Monday to Friday, not counting federal holidays. Once it’s all set, we’ll ship it out and drop you an email to let you know.


Shipping Costs

Good news—we offer free standard shipping on every single order in the USA. No catches, no minimums, just free delivery straight to you.

Shipping & Delivery Time

After we process your order in 1-2 business days, it generally takes 4-7 business days to arrive. So, from the day you order, you’re looking at about 5-9 business days total. These are just estimates based on how carriers usually perform, and it might vary a bit depending on where you are or what’s going on with the shipping folks.

We team up with trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to make sure your package gets to you smoothly.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. It might take 24-48 hours for the tracking to go live. You can check it on our Order Tracking page or right on the carrier’s site.

If that email doesn’t show up, peek in your spam folder or give us a shout—we’ll help you out.


Delivery Issues

If your package shows up damaged or it’s not what you ordered, just let us know ASAP. We’ll sort it out, maybe with a replacement or refund, following our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For stuff like missed deliveries or access problems, the carrier might leave a note. It’s on you to follow up with them then.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Make sure to check your shipping address at checkout—typos happen! If it’s wrong or missing details, it could slow things down or cause a delivery fail. We send it to the address you give us, so we’re not on the hook if it’s a customer mix-up.

Spot an error after ordering? Contact us within 1 business day, and we’ll try to fix it before it ships.


Lost Packages

If your package goes missing in transit (which doesn’t happen often), we’ll file a claim with the carrier for you. Once they confirm it’s lost, we’ll hook you up with a replacement or refund as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Hang tight while we investigate—it can take up to 10 business days.


Shipping Delays

We do our best to hit those estimated times, but sometimes delays pop up from weather, busy seasons, or carrier hiccups. We can’t promise exact delivery dates, but if there’s a big delay, we’ll email you an update.

Around holidays or peak times, things might take a tad longer.


Billing & Address Responsibilities

It’s up to you to give us the right billing and shipping info. That includes making sure your payment details are spot on—see our Payment Policy for the details.

We check addresses for security reasons, but double-checking is on you before you hit submit. If billing and shipping don’t match, we might need to verify to avoid fraud.


Just to be clear, we’re not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays from the carrier or stuff out of our hands like bad weather or strikes. Our part ends when we hand it off to them.

All our shipments follow U.S. rules, and we might have to say no to an order if something doesn’t add up.


Relationship to Returns & Refund Policy

This shipping info ties right into our Returns & Refunds Policy. If a delivery snag means you need a return, that’s where we’ll point you.

Since shipping’s free, we don’t refund that, but we’ll take care of any valid order problems quickly.
