Overview of Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Brickpetal. We sell made-to-order apparel that is produced only after payment is completed. Because each item is custom-made, returns and refunds are limited to specific situations described below. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified. This page serves as the final and complete source of truth for all return and refund requests.
Eligible Returns
Returns or replacements are accepted only for items with a verified Major Defect.
A Major Defect includes:
- Printing errors
- Damaged products received
- Incorrect items shipped
- Change of mind or personal preference
These issues must be caused by a fulfillment or manufacturing mistake. All requests are reviewed by customer support before approval.
Eligible issues must be reported within 60 business days from the delivery date. Return eligibility expires 60 days from delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:
- Wrong size selected
- Wrong color or design chosen
- Customer-provided errors
- Failure to review the product preview before checkout
Items purchased during sales or promotions are also non-refundable, unless a verified Major Defect is confirmed.
How to Request a Return
To request assistance for a defective or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@brickpetal.com within the required timeframe.
- Include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
- Attach clear photos showing the defect or error.
- Wait for confirmation and instructions from our support team before returning anything.
Returns sent without prior approval are not the responsibility of the store.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible. Reports must be submitted within 60 business days of delivery.
After review and approval, we will provide a free replacement or an approved refund, depending on the situation.
Replacements and Exchanges Policy
Due to hygiene reasons and product customization, exchanges are not available.
Free replacements are provided only for approved quality issues or incorrect items shipped. If a replacement is not possible, an approved refund may be issued.
Refund Processing & Method
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping Costs & Responsibility
If a return or replacement is approved due to a Major Defect, we will cover the associated shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for any return sent without approval. For delivery timelines, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have received approval but have not yet seen your refund, please allow sufficient processing time.
If the refund is still missing after the stated timeframe, contact your payment provider first, then reach out to us for assistance.
Abuse & Policy Misuse Protection
We reserve the right to decline requests that show patterns of abuse, false claims, or misuse of this policy.
This helps us maintain fair service for all customers.
